Mint and Yoghurt sauce

Ingredients
3/4 of a cup of yoghurt
coriander
20 mint leaves
2 cloves of garlic
2-5 fresh green chilli's, chopped (optional, to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
salt to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Check for seasoning.
Place into a small dish to serve.
Remember that if you don't like hot and spicy leave out the chilli. Add it to suit your taste. I did 2 chilli's and it had quite a kick so be careful.
If you do have this chilli free, it is still tasty and fresh.
